We Review
We run a Level 2 background check, verify your references, and interview you to learn about your background. If you want to become a Step Up provider, we'll walk you through the application — and cover the fees.

Get Set Up
Build your provider profile, confirm your availability, and get listed in our network so families can request introductions.

Start The Work
We introduce you to families. You maintain your independence. You get paid directly. We stay out of the way.
